Law firm openings:

We are looking for candidates out of good schools and who have high GPA's. We need candidates that work well in high pressure, deadline driven environments. We need someone who is intelligent, personable who has excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience working in a law firm is a must. Attorney Openings:
Those that do not need any portable business; M&A Transactional 3rd year, M&A Transactional 5th year, Hedge Fund 3rd year
Those that do require protable business;
-BANKRUPTCY Associate (or Partner), 7+ year senior; (creditor side) with business (there is no "minimum" on the business; will be reviewed on a candidate-by-candidate basis),
-COMMERCIAL LITIGATOR (Senior Associate or Partner with portable business) with exposure to financial instruments, including credit default swaps and collateralized debt.
-COMMERICAL LITIGATOR(Senior Associate or Partner with portable business-400K+) 10+ yrs of experience --would be interested in a team--large CA firm growing small NYC location.

Paralegal Opening:
SECURITIES LITIGATION experience-Need 3-5yr -60-70K-Need a BA and large law firm experience-2002-2004 grads only need apply,
PERSONAL INJURY-5+yrs exp. 60K reviewing medical records and drafting bill of particulars with little or no supervision--also drafting discovery demands,
IMMIGRATION- 3-7yrs experience-family based petions-must be bi-lingual Spanish 45-60K.

Legal Secretary Openings:
LITIGATION, CORPORATE etc-- 6-10 yrs exp-65K-Strong computer skills-large firm exp. required-Midtown, LITIGATION 5-10 yrs exp. 55-60K downtown
