Job Description:

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Lead Business Analyst for Parts Planning opening to join our Global Information Systems organization.

 

Day to Day (what a typical day or week look like in this role)

Acts independently, under general direction. Provides technical direction and leadership to moderately complex projects and operations, typically in a defined project or operational area. Applies good working knowledge of technology solutions as well as interfaces and dependencies. Conducts analyses of business and user needs, documents requirements, and translates into proper process, system, or infrastructure requirement specifications. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed IT solutions. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. Not only possess full technical knowledge, but also considers business implications when recommending, implementing, or modifying technology solutions. May manage the delivery and/or development of technical solutions through external service providers. May act as a source of training, direction, and guidance to less experienced IT staff. Maintains working knowledge and expertise of assigned process area, related to application and technology capabilities and industry trends and developments.

 

What You Will Do

  • Project and support activity for SCM Service Parts Planning (SPP) module of APO
  • Work cross functionally with ECC teams for SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Core Interface (CIF)
  • Work closely with parts business to confirm and develop business requirements definition
  • Provide configuration, data migration, interface support, and functional support as necessary
  • Developing and maintaining systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design
  • Specifications, process flows, and test cases and engineering change requests
  • Preparing/conducting briefings, demos or training sessions

  • Knowledge of business processes in at least one of the functional areas being
  • Experience in design/configuration of- SCM Service Parts Planning (SPP) module o
  • Experience managing and/or optimizing batch jobs
  • SAP APO
  • SAP Materials Management (MM)
  • SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
  • SAP Core Interface (CIF)
  • Demand Planning (DP)
  • Supply Network Planning, (SNP)
