Lead Central Contract Specialist

CGI Federal, a wholly owned subsidiary of CGI, has an opening in Washington, DC for a Lead Central Contract Specialist (LCCS). This role will support a large business processing outsourcing contract CGI Federal has with an assisted housing organization that is aligned with HUD. Accordingly, the LCCS will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assisted housing properties which will include processing contract renewals, rent adjustments, monthly vouchers and special claims. In addition, the incumbent will provide supervision for the office in the absence of the Contracts Manager, as well as assist in the training new staff. To qualify for this position, potential candidates must have at least five years of general business experience, preferably in the areas of accounting, claims processing or case management; proficiency in MS Office; supervisory experience; a high school diploma is required., an associate degree is preferred; working knowledge of HUD voucher programs is a definite plus.
