Attention Call Center Supervisors and Managers!! Put your superb leadership skills and knowledge of call center operations to work for a leading provider of nationwide medical data abstraction, analysis, and chronic disease management programs for the U.S. healthcare industry.


 


MedAssurant is seeking a seasoned Customer Supervisor or Manager to lead a team of 10-15 Customer Care Representatives for our Bowie Maryland location. This position requires the ability to multi task and the continuously development our CCR’s through mentoring, coaching and delivering feedback based on Metrics in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of call center operations, the ability to analyze and interpret metrics, knowledge of Workforce Management and strong conflict resolution skills.   Additionally, this position requires the ability to evaluate and develop periodic and yearly goals and objectives for the CCR’s.


 


 


The ideal candidate for this position will possess:


 



  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent required;
  • Minimum of two  (2) or more years of college required, Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience as a supervisor in a high volume call center preferably with in the healthcare field;
  • Outbound (telemarketing, collections) sales experience required;
  • Superior Team Leadership skills with demonstrated excellence in motivating, developing an retaining front line employees;
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with company personnel, customers and professionals at all levels;
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task and maintain records in a well organized manner;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet assigned deadlines;
  • Maintain compliance with MedAssurant policies and procedures;
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPPA requirements as outlined with MedAssurant’s policies and procedures and your Employee Agreement in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or the services rendered in the scope of the work;
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by MedAssurant for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;
  • Knowledge of the computer operations, other standard office equipment;
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays;
  • Bilingual-Spanish language preferred
