Job Description:
• Develops, negotiates and administers contracts while monitoring compliance with government regulations.
• Interacts directly with customers and senior management personnel.
• Leads/manages major efforts such as proposals from a contracts perspective, coordinating with all involved functions.
• Assists with developing strategies in support of Harris’ position, performing complex analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
• 15 years experience with Bachelors or 13 years experience with Masters.
• At least 15 years experience in negotiating, drafting and administering complex government contracts.
• Experience as major prime to the government, as well as a subcontractor to major prime contractor
• Knowledge of procurement regulations (FAR, DFAR) required; knowledge of ITAR a plus.
• Experience in managing subordinate department personnel

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to develop solutions to complex problems, relying on business and contracting knowledge.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and computer skills.
