Chester R. England began hauling potatoes in northern Utah and southern Idaho in 1920. The consummate entrepreneur, he found innovative ways to move food and freight throughout the Intermountain West in the days where paved roads and trucking were still very new ideas.

Joined later by his sons Gene and Bill, C.R. England became the first carrier to offer 72 hour coast to coast refrigerated food delivery. In the days before the interstate system, this was unheard of.

Today, after having grown to a $1 billion global transportation company, CR England now operates in North America, China and beyond.


Lead Generation Specialist

CR England, Inc., a 90-year leader in global transportation, is interested in hiring a Lead Generation Specialist. This exciting opportunity will involve strengthening our entire sales process from prospecting to closing. This sales position will create leads for our outside sales force, implement upgrades to our CRM suite and generate new business for key areas of the business.

The qualified candidate will have a proven history of quality in transportation sales and skilled in telephone sales.

BA/BS required or comparable sales experience
Experience with sales, technology and other related tools
Understands Hoovers, PIERS and other databases
Ability to ensure outside sales representatives maintain an active pipeline
Skilled in telephone sales and solicitation
Transportation industry experience
Ability to communicate well with operations and customer service leaders and staff.
