Lead IT Project Manager

Boston Medical Center seeks a motivated and energetic project manager to take a leadership role in transforming its fundamental business processes through the implementation of leading edge technology.

 

The Lead IT Project Manager will work with business and clinical leaders of the hospital and the Faculty Practice Plan.  This position will responsible for the implementation of the GE Healthcare Centricity® Business product line (formerly IDX® Flowcast).  Knowledge of the financial aspects and workflows of hospitals and clinics is key to success in this role.

 

If you have 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in implementation of large scale information systems in healthcare financial systems this may be the right job and the right team for you.  BMC’s vision, “Exceptional Care without Exception”, is central to our work to redesign our processes to better serve our patients and enable optimal financial management. 

 

BMC is seeking candidates with experience managing implementations in a dynamic and highly integrated organization.  Specific familiarity with the GE products would be very helpful.  Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience.  Master’s Degree is a plus.
