Role Summary/Purpose The Lead IT Systems Analyst serves as a technical expert and will lead engineers on assigned area's applications including code, interfaces and data flows. In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance of application programs & interfaces. You will also coordinate with project teams and business analysts to translate detailed specifications into new or enhanced application solutions. Essential Responsibilities -Utilize and apply your command of multiple programming languages, basic systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage, and interfacing and maintain peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, etc) to support effective implementations. -Continuously work with GE Businesses to consolidate / centralize Server-Level HP BTO Software (Quality Center) instances to Global HP CoE -Work with HP and GE Councils to establish future visions for HP BTO Software (Quality Center) implementations, usage and utilization across the Company -Work with business, functional and process owners to ensure HP BTO Products (Quality Center) meet all of their current / future needs as well as any agreed service -level agreements (SLA's) -Ensure Global CoE's Enterprise BTO Software (Quality Center) is highly available at all times and ensure proper disaster recovery plans are in place -Manage all Project and Readiness To Support (RTS) work regarding Global HP BTO Software (Quality Center) Qualifications/Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Information Technology field- Minimum of 3 years of experience with HP Business Availability Center, Operations Manager, Sitescope, HPOV and/or other BSM / BSA tools- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and maintaining enterprise-scale applicationsELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:- Be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act- This position requires access to controlled technology. The CoE has GE Leadership and Contractor coverage around the globe to provide a truly enterprise, 24x5 in-office operations for all of its technologies and services. By centralizing best practices and volume across the GE, we’re able to drive high quality and low cost of service. With contractors, the Team fluctuates between 180 – 250 people. |
