Specific responsibilities include the following:
Efficient, uninterrupted operation of the central cooling plant.
Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers, computer room air handlers (CRAH's) and controls.
Working knowledge of Building Infrastructure Systems Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Repair.
Supervision of vendors and contractors performing maintenance and installations.
Experience desired:
5 Years in Data Center Facilities Management or other Mission Critical Environments.
Holder of CT S-1 or CT S-2 or CT OE-2 License or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical trade school diploma a plus.
Computer Literate - Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and Building Automation Systems.
This is a first shift position (may occasionally require weekend
work).
U.S. citizenship required.
Have a valid driver's license.
