TMSi, a national distribution company is currently seeking an Facility Manager in our Winfield, Kansas facility.  This position requires excellent leadership skills along with the ability to monitor workflow and have the ability to mentor and lead a diverse team to success. This position reports directly to the Regional, Director of Operations.

Duties Include:

* Manage all aspects of the distribution operations.

* Responsible for mentoring, training and development of warehouse associates.

* Full P&L responsibility and budget analysis for operations.

* Responsible for leading and executing on facility wide KPI's, operating model and identify key customer issues that are critical to quality (CTQ).

* Instrumental in ensuring compliance on all company policies and procedures.

* Responsible for leading company performance reviews.

* Exercises responsibility for safety/OSHA program compliance throughout the facility.

* Responsible for inventory accuracy and process improvement initiatives.

Successful candidate needs excellent communication and organizational skills coupled with strong knowledge level of MS Office. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 -5 years of proven supervisory experience preferably in an Aviation materials distribution/warehouse environment and a bachelor's degree.

Other Job Requirement:

*Aviation experience preferred, specifically document experience

* Demonstrated business acumen.

* Knowledge of ISO/QS procedures preferred.

* Lean and Six Sigma experience preferred.

* OSHA regulations knowledge.

* Experience with Park Suite preferred

* Board experience in inventory management systems.
