Lead Operations Technician at a large commercial multi-tenant office complex in Southern, CT.   Responsibilities include operation of Physical Plant, HVAC systems, security systems, and safety systems.  Coordinate and perform   preventive maintenance of physical plant, HVAC, fire, security, sprinkler, automation systems, and electrical distribution systems.    Schedule personnel, and assignments on a day-to-day basis.  Order material, provide technical assistance and training.  Assignment will include performing general maintenance and projects on base building systems.

Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in building systems operations and maintenance.  A license in HVAC or Electrical is required.  Experience in maintenance and operations automation systems is required.
