Currently, we have an opening for a Lead Pad Printer Operator in our Parsippany, NJ facility.  The responsibilities for this position include:

• Oversee and provide leadership to all pad printing operators for each job


• Accurately troubleshoot job issues to produce a high quality product


• Able to operate the pad printing machine to meet customers deadlines


• Ensure work/jobs are completed in accordance with established time lines


• Delegate and manage jobs to each pad print operator


• Verify each job passes quality control


• Verify materials for quantity posted work orders


• Completes work/jobs in accordance with established time lines


• Set-up and adjust Pad Printing Machines based on job needs


• Operate Pad Printing Machines


• Maintain and track inventory


• Ensure work area is clean based on quality standards


• Route finished products to Packaging Department


• Perform physical inspection of job throughout print run


• Ability to convey print needs with Print Process Technician


• Manage proper curing methods for the Build to Order Flash Drives


• Maintain a job log for each job through job traveler


• Assist in other areas, as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Experience in pad printing or offset printing environment preferred


• Basic oral communication skills


• Fluent in English, with ability to communicate in Spanish


• Able to use and differentiate the PANTONE Matching System


• Experience leading other people


• Strong attention to detail and print quality
