Lead Process Engineer-Manufacturing Headquarters Location

Our client is a well established, leading international manufacturer that supplies to some of the biggest companies in the world. Due to tremendous growth, we are searching for an experienced Process Engineer for their headquarters location southeast of Dayton, Ohio. In this position, you will oversee and lead design and implement machining and assembly manufacturing processes, oversee the programming of manufacturing robotic equipment and machining centers, and prepare budget recommendations for needed equipment replacements/improvements. Requirements

• 5+ years Process Engineering experience, preferably in machining or assembly related
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or a directly related field  
• Experience leading time and motions studies to determine the optimal time requirements for each manufacturing station
• Experience leading the design and layout of new manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of PLC programming, robotic and CNC programming is a plus but not required
• Experience implementing new processes and reconfiguring existing processes for maximum effectiveness
• Experience preparing budget recommendations for needed manufacturing equipment
• Ability to communicate well and foster a positive team environment
