Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Proficiency with office tools – Excel, Word, PeopleSoft.

7+ year’s relevant experience in purchasing software licenses and software development services used in product offerings.

      Understanding the different types software licensing and development.

      Defining requests for proposals and managing the process with internal stakeholders.

      Negotiating with vendors.

      Developing and evaluating contract terms and conditions.

      Monitoring service level agreements, reporting license usage to vendors.
