Join a leading provider of high-value engineering and information technology outsourcing solutions and professional staffing. We have an immediate need for a highly motivated, results oriented Lead Recruiter to join our IT Solutions team in Atlanta, GA.

 

With a desire to excel, the qualified professional will be responsible for providing both individual contributions by engaging in full life cycle recruiting in support of specific job requirements, as well as managing recruiting process workflow and the fulfillment process of job requirements within Hub/Branch or assigned team. This includes aligning recruiting resources through partnering with Sales and Fulfillment/Account Manager to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives, while meeting CDI's strategic business goals and partnering with sales to develop relationship with clients to grow revenue and increase fill ratios.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for and engages in full life cycle recruiting, providing individual contributions for specific job orders as required

  • Ensures a timely and accurate order entry process and manages open order activity (proactive/marketing, open orders, closed orders)

  • Provides clear documentation and communication of job requirements to recruiters

  • Drives the escalation of job orders within specialized field to the appropriate escalation points while maintaining accountability for fulfillment of orders escalated

  • Matches and reviews candidate inventory to job orders, performs quality assurance checks of submittals and presents to customer

  • Interacts with customer as required for submittal feedback, interview scheduling, and follow-up activities including employee migration

  • Facilitates the offer process

  • Provides on-going day to day work supervision and performance coaching and mentoring for recruiters within the Hub/Branch, as assigned

  • Communicates recruiter performance deficiencies to Area Recruiting Manager or Sr Fulfillment Manager for action

  • Collaborates with Sales and Fulfillment/Account Mgmt to validate and prioritize client job requirements for acceptance

  • Aligns with Sales, Fulfillment/Account Mgmt and/or customer to generate job requirements

  • Aligns with Sales and/or customer to determine Ready Candidate Inventory

  • Aligns with Sales as subject matter expert for contact per customer relationship and requirements

  • Interacts with Sales during engagement of new customers

Hiring Requirements/Preferences:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in the staffing industry

  • 1 to 2 years supervisory experience preferred

  • Knowledge of industry and high-end skill sets

  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting and sales processes

  • Experience selling in the staffing industry or selling and delivering services preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to use personal computers
