Design Strategy Corporation (DSC), a technology solutions provider, is expanding its Recruiting Team in the greater Tri-state area. We currently have multiple openings for Lead Recruiters to work in Cranford NJ or Midtown Manhattan NYC

The position requires a minimum of 5 years of Agency or Corporate Recruitment Experience. (Preferably Agency IT staffing). The candidate must possess strong interpersonal, verbal, writing and presentation skills, and have a track record for exceeding quota.

 JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead Recruiter. (Prior Lead Experience is a MUST)

Work with Recruiting Managers, Sr. Recruiters and Account Executives on Recruitment efforts. Mentor, junior recruiters and staff. Assist with Recruiting Standards and Processes. Prospect candidates via various lead generation methods and techniques. Conduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, reference checking, salary negotiating, skills qualifications, finalizing resume process. Maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates/leads to quickly provide candidates to meet client requirements or solutions needs. Document activity and candidate contact information via established database. Adhere to Corporate Professional and Business Standards.   Maintain thorough business relationship with candidate from initial interview through and during the entire client assignment.  Conduct reference checks; schedule face-to-face meetings/interviews; coordinate background and other checks when required. Lead Generation, Extend offers, “Close” Candidates and assist in the orientation process.
