Lead Recruiting Coordinator - Temp to Hire - West Houston
About the Job
An established oil and gas company in Houston is seeking an HR professional with experience in providing recruiting support for a new offshore startup project. This position requires someone who has cross functional HR abilities between administrative support and recruiting, and the potential to move to a full recruiting role.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Successfully source and schedule candidates
- Accurately navigate through applicant tracking systems (preferably Taleo)
- Execute HR administrative tasks (scheduling, processing paperwork, etc.) to ensure efficiency within the department
- Comprehend industry trends that affect the candidate market and hiring processes
Additional requirements include:- Must have Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years in HR/Recruiting Environment
- Must be able to multi-task with high level of organization
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
