Job Description

The Lead Security/Oracle Administrator is responsible for conducting administrative procedures for all systems components maintained by the Security Administration group within Information Systems. This includes all designated applications that are used by the Firm. The Lead Security/Oracle Administrator is responsible for: Security Administration - Role/profile (Responsibilities) and user creation, maintenance, removal for Oracle E-Business Suite/Oracle Financials (GL, AP, FA, Discoverer), Release 11g-12 experience preferred; Oracle HR; and Hyperion Essbase systems (based on guidelines and requirements provided by Information Security and the business unit owners) - Assisting with the development of non-Oracle functional and role-based access templates (based on guidelines and requirements provided by Information Security and the business unit owners) - Building access templates to support these functions/roles - Processing access requests - Developing and maintaining the processes and procedures to support the above access assignments - Analyzing access requests for proper format, authorization, and business owner approval. - Maintaining access request documentation - Properly administering access exceptions, supplying escalation and senior management risk sign-off. - Managing remote access tokens and related server access. - Reviewing applied access for consistency and integrity. - Working with Information Security to maintain access per security administration policy. Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for user and role/profile design as designated by the business, initial setup and deployment of roles/profiles, and on-going user and role/profile maintenance of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, Discoverer), Oracle HR (PeopleSoft), and Hyperion systems. • Ensures user systems and application IDs work properly. • Ensures application roles/profiles are configured properly. • Responsible for updating and resolving request tickets in tracking database and ensuring timely settlement of assigned user requests and issues. • Responsible for supervising and training other security administrators. • Manages access to all designated systems and applications supported by Information Systems. • Responsible for Outlook / Exchange access administration. • Responsible for reviewing all existing access to ensure it remains compliant with security policy and all exceptions have been properly documented and authorized/approved. • Responsible for developing functional and role based access groups and/or templates per policy and implementation standards for bank applications. • Responsible for working with Information Systems (IS Desktop Engineering and IS Engineering) to properly administer access to Active Directory. • Works with Internal/External Auditors and/or Examiners to fulfill access authorization and/or other access reporting requests. • Responsible for the administration of Safeword remote access authentication tokens. • Responsible for access reporting on/from all supported systems/applications, as applicable. • Provides timely follow-up and verification related to systems or application requests. • Remains informed of job-related issues through networking, training programs, seminars and trade publications. • As directed by management, actively seeks technical feedback, advice and training from Technical Services, Engineering and Business Integration resources related to assigned projects or support issues. • Maintains a flexible work schedule. • Works the designated shift between 7:00AM and 6:00PM weekdays, and designated weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) when assigned.

Qualifications :
• Requires a minimum of five years security administration/network systems administration, including a demonstrated record supporting and using all supported versions of PC’s, BindView, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows NTFS, Windows (XP/Vista/Windows 7), Terminal Server (Remote Desktop), Citrix MetaFrame/Presentation Server/XenApp, and the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Outlook. • Requires a strong demonstrated Oracle Financials (GL, AP, FA, Discoverer), Oracle HR (PeopleSoft Enterprise), and Hyperion administration background. • Requires a minimum of 2 years demonstrated prior supervisory experience. • Requires a demonstrated understanding of Security Administration concepts, standards and procedures, including experience with provisioning projects/implementations. • Requires demonstrated understanding of the basics of network administration and/or MS product certifications. • Requires an understanding of Bank supported core applications. • Requires willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes in order to support and use future technology. • Must posses excellent communication and telephone skills and the ability to problem-solve technical issues. • Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, follow written policies and procedures, and maintain superior customer service at all times with all users, as well as colleagues in Information Systems.
