Successful and established, our client is searching for managers to provide clinical oversight while developing, implementing, and achieving organizational goals in an outpatient environment.

Job Description:

•Collaborates with Chief of Behavioral Health to design, manage, and improve operations of the department
•Sets strategic goals and provides guidance to clinical staff
•Addresses patient needs and effectively takes action
•Serves on the Behavioral Health Quality Improvement committee
•Works with the team to adhere to NCQA standards
•Manages day to day activities of department. Supervises psychotherapists, psychologists, and other professional staff
•Maintains current knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and monitors organizational compliance

Job Requirements:
•Six years of experience as a psychotherapist
•Three years management or supervisory experience
•Masters degree in Social Work, Advanced Practice Nurse or PH D Psychologist
•LCSW, CNS, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
•If MSW, Certified Social Worker Required
•NPI

Affiliation with National Association of Social Workers preferred
