Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily activities on the nursing unit
· Supervise staff and participate in staff development
· Participate in difficult cases
- Interact with hospital administration
Requirements:
· RN – Registered Nurse in the State of NY
· BSN - Master's preferred
· 5 years of post-licensure experience in pediatrics/PICU
· 3-5 years in a management or leadership role
