Coordinate the implementation of results-focused Lean initiatives at site. Engage and maximize productivity of resources, including plant leadership staff, hourly employees, and external consulting resources. Apply lean tools to drive improvement in, among other areas, Safety, Quality, and Delivery and develop into the operating culture of all functions. Promote lean tools and techniques through training and coaching of plant personnel.

Recommend and implement lean principles that enhance the effectiveness of the facility. Under the direction of the Continuous Improvement Manager, supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Actively engage all associates and develop lean thinking throughout the organization so that waste is minimized and productivity improved.

Implement communication tools to foster the lean environment and enhance a lean culture.

Track and validate all savings attributed to lean initiatives.


Experience participating in lean improvements events (leading events experience preferred)
