Lean Manufacturing Production Supervisor
CoWorx Staffing Services in Dover, NH is accepting resumes for a Lean Manufacturing Production Supervisor position. Ideal candidate will have the experience on running and improving lean principles in the production floor.
Job description includes but not limited to:
· Supervising and organizing work schedule for 50 employees or more.
· Implementing and improving the lean principles that the company is already implementing.
· Track employee’s attendance and tardiness.
· Counsel employees on performance and/or attendance problem.
Experience requires:
Ideal candidate MUST have the experience of running production floor based on the lean manufacturing principles and improving the production flow. Candidate also must have experience in supervising of at least 50 employees.
