Job Description:



Responsible for the management and deployment of RTN Finance learning activities within SAS Finance including but not limited to providing monthly status against defined learning objectives, coordinating and scheduling monthly course offerings to satisfy demand, support the development and deployment of new learning objectives for both Finance and non-Finance populations. Meet periodically with customer groups to identify specific learning needs and to apprise them of new and current course offerings. Analyze course demand data against historical class schedules to effectively plan near term course offerings.







Basic Qualifications:







* 4+ years of related work experience



* Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of Excel and PowerPoint



* Experience in preparing and presenting briefings to customers



* Ability to quickly learn and utilize learning management systems and tools; and independently extract and analyze relevant learning data



* Good organizational skills in coordinating Finance personnel toward common goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines



* Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of status reports and summaries for internal dissemination



Desired Skills:



* Self starter with good organizational skills



* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team





Required Education:



* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. Would consider relevant work experience in lieu of Degree.
