Learning Facilitator (Berry)

About the Job

The Learnng Facilitator is primarily responsible for delivering learning programs that improve the performance of a Field Division. The Learnng Facilitator delivers learning programs and owns the quality and effectiveness of the student experience. This individual also confidently interacts with key stakeholders in the Division to effectively represent the Learning Organization and its offerings, as well as identifying new learning needs and performance gaps when they occur. The Learnng Facilitator works hand-in-hand with Learning Consultants and business owners to address the training needs of a Division and measurably improve the financial and operational performance of a Division.

Responsibilities:

-Facilitates and presents training to key audiences for one or more Divisions, working primarily within Divisions to coordinate both local and corporate training initiatives. Responsible for the execution of training within division, coordination of logistics and planning, facilitating training, providing floor support, and responsible for training metrics.

-Directly delivers training courses to existing sales reps, managers and new hires, and seeks out the participation of sales and other Division leaders in training events. Manages the student experience in the classroom from start to finish. Collects feedback and reports back to central team to improve materials and training effectiveness.

-Interacts with key stakeholders in one or more Divisions, representing the Learning & OD organization professionally. Seeks out new training needs through discussion and exchanges with leaders and field personnel. Provides an articulate and relevant point of view on how to use training to resolve performance gaps. Acts as source of information and knowledge on learning topics, both for field personnel and for the central learning team.

-Maintains or gains certification in key learning programs for the company by participating in train the trainer sessions for new offerings. Constantly seeks to improve own functional, technical and training delivery proficiency.

-May collaborate with central learning team during the development or update of corporate training programs, on a project basis.

-Identifies and connects the development team with relevant business SMEs, and acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the design, development, and testing of training materials.

-Other duties and projects as assigned.


Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree preferred
-Five years of experience delivering/facilitating multiple sets of training content using a variety of methods (including instructor-led, role-playing, business simulation, goal-based learning, etc.).
-Demonstrated experience analyzing needs and proposing solutions, applying business acumen, driving results, planning and implementing assignments.
-Strong client service skills and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
-Able to build trust with field Division personnel. Skilled communicator with all levels of management.
-Highly adaptable. Able to work independently with little input as well as contribute to the team effort to ensure results.
-Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
-Models personal development in their day-to-day activities.
-Ability to travel 30%
