Adecco Engineering and Technical Services is seeking to find a Quality Analyst for the Learning Management System. This position will be with one of the Top Medical Device Companies in the Sorrento Valley Area. This company employs more than 55,000 people on six continents and produces annual revenues of more than $80 billion!! Position Requirements:
- Log issues into multiple tools and categorize for root cause analysis
- Provide management with the on going status
- Interact with the development team to resolve issues
- Develop test cases and author scripts to support testing activities
- Perform application functionality and GUI testing
- Run reports to support managers and core team leaders
- High quality of customer service
- Edit and format documents, presentations, and other course material.
- Review content for style and consistency.
- Test navigation and functionality of eLearning deliverables. Perform final QA on completed work
Experience or Equivalent:
A minimum of 3 years of performing customer support and/or software testing in a professional environment (***Software Testing is a nice to have***). Experience in an FDA regulated business desired.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Expert proficiency using Clarify CRM or other similar tool
- Ability to accurately enter data and provide detailed descriptions of technical information relative to issues
- Possess the written, verbal and group communication skills to navigate the organization, and identify where and how information can be located
- Fast learner and creative problem solver
- Strong customer service orientation
- Expert proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Access
- Prior experience with software testing
- Must live locally
