Louis T. Roth & Co. a regional, progressive accounting firm is seeking a professional to fill the position of Learning and Training Coordinator as a key position within our management team.  The ideal candidate will have the following core skills:

·         Training & experience in adult education as well as the ability to assess.

·         Exceptional communication, organizational and IT skills.

·         The ability to develop and manage the delivery of a broad curriculum of technical, soft and IT skills.

·         A Self Starter who can develop concepts with little supervision.

Compensation package will be based on experience and formal education in adult training.  A bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years experience required.
