Job Summary:


 


Responsible for lease administration activities for assigned portfolio.


 


Essential Job Duties:


 




  • Abstract lease documents, process rental changes, approve monthly rent payment schedule, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for assigned portfolio.


  • Ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual Lease Administration deadlines are met and that reports are accurate and delivered on time.


  • Attend meetings with the Lease Administration Manager and complete required Monthly Activity reports and provide support for invoicing for assigned portfolio as required


  • Maintain and update the lease administration database so that at all times it accurately    represents all current leases, critical dates and options in the portfolio. Abstract and validate lease data.


  • Maintain good relations with external (client) and internal user(s) for the purpose of          garnering their trust as a service partner and for overall good will.


  • Cross train with another lease administrator to act as backup on another portfolio and   train them to act as backup to your portfolio.


  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 


Other Job Functions:


 




  • Assist in other department related functions as requested.


  • May be required to provide administrative support to other personnel within the department.

 


Skills, Education And Experience:


 




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.


  • Minimum 2-4 years direct portfolio administration in web-based platforms along with some accounting or commercial lease preparation experience.


  • Computer Skills – Exposure to Pro-Lease, Harbor Flex or similar web-based database platforms as well as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
