FPC, a national property management company with over 5,500 units in 11 states, is seeking an “all-star” Leasing Consultant for one of our beautiful apartment communities in Las Vegas, NV.

 
Leasing Consultant candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of sales/property leasing experience or the equivalent, great communication skills, a high degree computer literacy and exhibit pride in their profession. Tax Credit experience preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

Responsibilities of this position will include:
• Conduct prospect tours and lease apartments

• Prepare and review various reports, including daily occupancy and market surveys

• Establish and monitor marketing programs to promote high occupancy levels

• Participate in and monitor all leasing efforts

• Update computer system to ensure resident records are up-to-date and accurate
• Responsible for rent collections

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of sales or leasing experience
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate with

   all levels of the organization and public
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Yardi

• Solid, verifiable references of past performance
