Required Skills: Prior background in apartment leasing, real estate or sales. Strong administrative skills, knowledge of MS Office, professional and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Description: Candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, setting appointments, records management, showing apartments to prospective clients, prepare lease applications/paperwork. Position will be fulltime and must be available to work weekends. Weekends are rotated, candidate will not work every weekend. Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test.
