LEASING MANAGER/LEASING AGENT
Chad-Nic Management Services is a privately owned company headquartered in the St. Louis, Missouri Metro East area with twelve properties located in Illinois, Missouri and Texas offering over 3000 residential units. We are currently seeking an individual with leasing experience and managerial skills for our St. Louis market. This job requires the ability to fully lease 3 existing properties while developing a procedural model for all leasing agents and help implement and train leasing staff on an ongoing basis. Computer skills and knowledge of property management software is desired.
