LEASING MANAGER for Beautiful Apartment Community

Lewis Apartment Communities, one of the largest Apartment Community developers in Northern California has an immediate opening for a full-time Leasing Manager in the Natomas area of Sacramento.

This position will provide energetic, sales-driven supervision and customer service leadership amongst the Lewis team of leasing professionals at one of our largest, most dynamic communities.  

Responsibilities would include effective and consistent leasing/sales presentations and procedures, supervising and assisting with the training of Leasing Consultant staff, marketing Guest card information from visitors on a personable and proactive face-to-face basis, telephone coverage, prospect marketing, guest follow-ups, correspondence, maintaining appointment schedules, managing contact lists, etc. Professionalism and personality are key to joining our expanding team of Sacramento professionals. Previous experience in apartment leasing is highly preferred. Any other retail, sales, or marketing work experience is a plus!

Additional qualifications would include excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, prioritization, and a working knowledge of computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Office, etc.). Experience with leasing industry software such as AMSI or Rent Roll is a big plus. Weekends are required.
