Leasing Representative

About the Job

We are looking for a "People" person with great customer service skills for an Entry Level Leasing Representative position to work in one of our Baltimore area apartment communities which are situated all around the Beltway.


Duties include:



 



  • Greet all visitors and show the model and/or vacant units.
  • Complete guest cards for all visitors.
  • Complete lease applications for all applicants.


  • Receive and input service requests into system.
  • Upon completion of service orders, ensure that all tickets completed for the day are removed from the computer.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests by paging or calling the service department.


  • Inputs information daily into ACCESS including phone calls, visitors, applications, guest cards, work orders, etc.
  • Inspects complete rental units and prepares work orders for service prior to move in.
  • Files all correspondence, applications, etc.


  • Sends thank you cards to prospective residents within 48 hours of visit.
  • Understands and adheres to Equal/Fair Housing Laws.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by the on-site Leasing Manager or the Regional Property Manager

 



 


 


 



This position also requires regular communication and interaction with the Service staff.The Leasing Representative is responsible for receiving, inputing, distributing and follow-up for Service Requests from residents.


 




This is an Entry Level Position that includes an excellent training program for this specialized position and offers great growth potential with a solid company. Leasing, sales and/or customer service experience desirable. Intermediate computer knowledge and skills required.


 


Must have a great phone personality and a willingness to work a flexible schedule which may sometimes include weekends.Reliable transportation required.
