Leasing Representative – Fort Collins

MacKenzie Place in Fort Collins is looking for a highly motivated and creative Leasing Representative to join our team!  This outstanding sales professional should be enthusiastic and possess the ability to build trust, establish rapport and problem solve. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a unique understanding of upscale hospitality services.  Experience in the senior industry is not as important as the ability to sell a truly amazing lifestyle.

Other responsibilities include:

·          Driving the sales process by conducting tours, using creative follow-up methods and generating move-ins to reach 100% occupancy

·          Maintaining an accurate lead and referral database

·          Demonstrating exceptional customer service and a passion that inspires others

·          Helping to create and execute a strategic marketing plan for the community, which could include advertising, PR, special events, direct mail and new products and services

·          Assisting with community outreach and referral development

·          Preparing correspondence and other forms needed for daily operations and marketing in a Five-Star manner
