- Must be very organized, able to prioritize and handle a very fast paced office environment
- Computer skills (Word, Excel & Power Point) and Excellent grammar and spelling a must
- Attorney software a plus
- Must be willing to work off site on occasion (cell phone and laptop will be provided)
- Legal experience preferred
- Answer phones, schedule clients and prepare legal documents for attorney
- Must have strong internet research capabilities and the ability to work independently to find specific answers to general questions to ensure accuracy and truth in document preparation
- Must be meticulous and very attentive to detail
