Position Summary


The Litigation Analyst is responsible for investigating and resolving legal contacts in a timely and professional manner. The Litigation Analyst is also responsible for learning and executing the complete product liability handling processes and meeting expected customer service levels and business performance goals.


What You’ll Do



  • Investigate and resolve legal contacts
  • Responsible for contacting customers, dealerships and other entities to investigate and respond to complaints
  • Coordinating vehicle inspections
  • Proactively handle pre-litigation matters to best serve the customer while also benefiting the company
  • Handle difficult calls

What You Have



  • Paralegal or claims adjusting background required
  • Ability to manuver through various systems
  • Display professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Willingness to take on new assignments
