Company is the premier independent producer and distributor of motion pictures, home entertainment, family entertainment, television programming and video-on-demand content.

Entertainment Company has an immediate opening for an Attorney in our International Business & Legal Affairs department. This position will report to the Senior Vice President, and be responsible for drafting and negotiating license agreements with foreign distributors for theatrical product, direct to video titles and television series. Additional duties will include drafting and negotiating various legal documents, such as notices of assignment, and amendments, working in conjunction with the international sales, marketing and servicing departments as well as other legal related duties.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years experience drafting and negotiating license and distribution agreements, a law degree from an accredited law school, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, and be a highly motivated self-starter. In addition, candidates must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and to perform duties under minimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent sound judgment. Strong writing and computer skills are required.
