Executive Administrative Assistant
A well established, successful company in the O’Hare area is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support multiple VPs at the Corporate office. We are looking for solid administrative skills, professional appearance and demeanor, ability to maintain confidentiality and solid assistant experience.
Responsibilities include:
§ Schedule meetings, update and maintain calendars, organize travel for 3 busy VPs
§ Create sales, expense, and operations reports using Excel
§ Take notes during meetings
§ Prepare PowerPoint presentations
§ Produce documents for customers
Requirements include:
§ Strong MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
§ Experience supporting executive level and a sales department
§ Exceptional oral and written communication skills
§ Attention to detail
§ Able to multi-task
§ Stable work history
