Lessons Learned Analyst
Ft. Huachuca, AZ 85613

ASRC Communications, a wholly owned Subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is currently seeking a Lessons Learned Analyst in Ft. Huachuca, AZ.

 

Provide for a systems for the collection, analysis, dessemination and integration f observations, insights and lessons (OILs); tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP); after action reviews (AAR); operational records; and lessons learned from actual ARMY operations, experiments and training events.  The purpose is to sustain, enhance, and increase Military Intelligence's preparedness to conduct current and future operations.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for research DOTMLPF analysis of collection material/data, interacting with stakeholders, briefing/dissemination of information related to LL activities (OIL, tends, TTPs, etc).
  • Debrief collectors upon their return from collection events, conduct in-depth research on units, DOTMLPF domains, and collection data.
  • Provide collection report.
  • Plan collection events/unit visits and assign collectors.

Experience/Education:

  • Experience level in line with that of Senior Warrant Officer or Senior NCO.
  • Must have proven analytical skills and experience.
