Requirements:
Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the following software applications and tools:
Solid Verifiable hardware related experience both in identifying and rectifying component failure as well as upgrading on desktop and related office equipment including printers.
The successful candidate will be able to quickly diagnose problems both desk side as well as remotely, and guide end users to a successful solution. They should also quickly acclimate to new applications and be able to train others in its proper use. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required as well as the need to effectively document changes to both the hard and soft IT environment. Experience in a fast paced retail IT department is preferred.
A minimum of years of Help Desk/Software implementation experience is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
