Job Title:                             Liberty Sport sales & Rx Hunter

Daily Duties will be broken into thirds. Meaning:

1.       Agent responsible for contacting accounts from 2008 who have not purchased in 2009.

2.       Agent responsible for contacting accounts who purchased Rx day prior.

3.       Agent responsible for contacting accounts who have not purchased an Rx but have order a single frame for rxing.

4.       Reps will be required to up sell 2/4 accounts on a daily basis and track results of soft sale. Successes & failures.

5.       Calls & list of accounts will be tracked on a daily basis and submitted on a weekly basis to AMD & RY.

Switch Vision

Remo Data Entry (Optical Interface Data Entry Program)

1.       Knowledgeable of reading and understanding REMO system for relaying critical data to new/existing Rx customers

2.       Capable of entering & processing RX data within the Remo system

3.       Responsible for understanding, writing/taking as well as verification of RX script, pricing & range capability of Rx’s.

System 2000 Data entry

1.       Capable/knowledgeable of entering & processing RX data entry into System 2000

2.       Capable/knowledgeable of confirming/reconciling billing issues on existing or previous rx’s within System 2000

3.       Capable of entering an order other than a Rx

Knowledgeable of Redo Process & Implementation (if applicable)

1.       Responsible for recording/processing redo received by Call Center reps (Inbound & Outbound)

2.       Spreadsheet to be updated daily for monthly submission to Management

3.       Responsible for issuing PO # to Call Center reps (both Inbound & Outbound)for account notification

Customer Service

1.       Assist customer service with Rx inquiries & questions re: prescriptions, etc. 

2.       Assist customers; one-on-one where applicable as Rx resident expert.

3.       Soft sell where applicable on generating more Rx add-ons when speaking with customers and the benefit of lens options, etc.
