Licensed Clinical Psychologist Rewarding Work/Supportive Colleagues/Flexible Schedule MedOptions is the leading provider of behavioral health services to residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Maryland. Our Company was founded by a clinician who like many others wanted to make a difference in the lives of older adults and the staff who care for them. Thirteen years and 400 client facilities later, that’s still our mission. We are a multi-disciplinary team of nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and social workers providing medication management and psychotherapy services to residents of over 400 client facilities. Our clinicians come from a variety of backgrounds and are provided training and support that enable them to work efficiently while achieving the best outcomes for their patients. Our psychologists provide behavioral management and supportive therapy. While practicing independently, you will be supported by experienced clinical managers, regular educational meetings, case study teleconferences, and a clinician designed electronic medical records system. We are seeking clinicians to join us on a full- or part-time basis and offer flexible weekday schedules based on your individual needs. And you are eligible for benefits if you work a minimum of 24 hours/week. Our benefits include: medical, dental, life, 401K with matching, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending accounts, continuing education allowance, paid malpractice insurance and employee paid short-term disability and other insurances. Qualified clinicians will have a doctorate degree (PhD, PsyD, EdD) and be licensed in Massachusetts as a clinical psychologist. Prior geriatric experience is helpful.
