About the Job
Responsibilities:
Benefits:
- Working as a member of a multi-disciplinary outreach team serving 100 people, the Licensed Clinician will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, individual and group treatment, Individual Action Plan (IAP) review and case management to people with psychiatric disabilities.
- The Licensed Clinician reviews and signs off on all IAPs and oversees the assessment process.
- LICSW OR LMHC, or other qualified licensure (recognized Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts under Mass Health regulations.
- Three years direct care experience providing services to adults with mental illness.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions.
- Demonstrated supervisory and management experience.
- Demonstrated professional communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and writing IAP documentation according to required standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on an as needed basis.
- Driving License Required? Yes
