We are seeking a licensed Personal and Commercial insurance CSR who is highly motivated, well-organized, has solid insurance skills, is technology oriented and computer literate with a can do attitude.  The position is a mixed role of CSR responsibilities, administrative tasks, and running the front desk so you need to be a self-starter and organizational guru!

Responsibilities:

·         Confidentiality and discretion a must!

·         Administrative Assistant

·         Personal and Commercial CSR

o   Manage an assigned book of existing business, assist the sales team with quoting, proposals and summaries, handle claims from intake to closure, process endorsements and assist the producers as needed.

Qualifications:

·         Licensed in Personal and Commercial lines.

·         ACSR or CISR designation in Personal and Commercial lines a plus.

·         3+ Years experience working as an Insurance CSR.

·         Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with agency team to solve problems which cross departmental boundaries.

·         Keen ability to work with a sense of urgency, have exceptional time management skills and consistently meet deadlines.

·         Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

·         Able to take initiative, work with limited direction and find ways to add value to the company.

·         Accurately keyboard at 50+ wpm with intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·         Chubb, Chartis Insurance, Fireman’s Fund and/or MetLife Auto and Home carrier experience, including their online client management systems a plus.

·         AMS Prime experience a plus.
