The LPTA will provide patient treatment and therapy by following an established plan of care directed and supervised by a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Requires an Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and current North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners license or eligible.
