AT VITAS Innovative Hospice Care, our patients often call with needs and questions that arise outside normal working hours. Nurses at our Telecare Center answer--with knowledge, compassion and, as necessary, a plan of action.  With the exciting growth of the Telecare program at our Chicago area call center, we're holding a hiring event for experienced LPNs who can work evenings (4 PM-Midnight), nights (Midnight-8 AM) or weekends (8AM-4PM, S/S).

Completion of course of study as required acquiring state licensure.

• Qualified candidates must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Minimum two years medical/surgical, with hospice, oncology or home health experience preferred.
• Basic keyboarding and computer skills are required, as well as good customer service abilities.
