Description: 

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for our Columbia, Kentucky home health agency. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide nursing care to patients in a home setting. This position is one of a visiting nurse and cares for adult home health patients.
