World Omni Financial, a J.M. Family Company has immediate openings for a Licensing Analyst in our Deerfield Beach location. The individual will manage, with supervision, all required World Omni Financial and subsidiary licenses, including retail, lease, telemarketing, servicing and collection licenses. Individual will ensure appropriate licensing for business operations is in compliance with applicable state laws and regulations, will process license applications and renewal notices/terminations, and will assist Service Centers with state licensing examinations as needed. This position will also be responsible for performing basic administrative tasks and assist department associates as needed.

The qualifications for this position are:

• Knowledge of World Omni’s various businesses – especially in the servicing, collections and telemarketing areas strongly preferred.
•Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and must demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
• Must demonstrate independent thinking, initiative, and follow through under minimal supervision.
• Possess research capabilities to provide recommendations.
• High School diploma required.
• 1 year experience handling licensing, examination and bond processes preferred.
