Lien Management Consultant (AVP)
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for developing and servicing new and existing relationships. 2. Provide a high level of customer service to business clients and effectively manage relationships. 3. Identify new product opportunities to effectively capture new business. 4. Designing and implementing new procedures and processes. 5. Monitor key performance indicators. 6. Reviewing exception-reports to ensure compliance. 7. Completing and tracking trend-reports for the SLM team. 8. Evaluating performance and providing training. 9. Communicating, on an on-going basis, with the VP or First VP regarding the operational status of the department. 10. Provide support, coaching and direction to Managers and Team Leads on a daily basis 11. Budgetary responsibility QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must have ability to multi-task and work in a very high-paced environment. 2. Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills a must. 3. Must be self motivated, maintain a positive attitude and participate in teamwork. 4. Must have strong knowledge of Fidelity computer systems. 5.
