Business Analysts

• 2+ Years experience in the Life and Annuity Insurance Industry
• Significant product knowledge with the ability to analyze and resolve complex business situations
• Solid understanding of Life and/or Annuity Operations
• Proficient with software implementations, integrations, conversions, and enhancements
• Sound understanding of software systems such as Vantage, AdminServer, CyberLife, LifeCad, Life70, PolicyLink
• Well versed in requirements gathering, business specification documentation, and quality assurance
• Industry Affiliations and Designations from organizations such as LOMA and ACORD a plus
