Forget the national economic problems - Insurance on the Internet is booming!  As a corporate recruiter, you’ll be helping us to hire inside sales reps and selected IT specialists.

*  Base salary for corporate recruiter is $42,000 to start plus performance bonuses or...

*  Work for us as an independent contract recruiter and we'll pay you $1,625 per hire  (place 4 per month and you'll make $6,500 per month).

Life Quotes, Inc. is growing and we need your help!  In this fast-paced job, you will be helping us to formulate and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of open positions within our company.  Insurance experience on your part is not necessary.

In this key position, you'll comb the job boards, contact prospective employees by e-mail and phone, interview candidates, have them in to meet us, screen and test them for proper background and job skills, make hiring recommendations and even process new hires as you would want to be welcomed aboard.  You'll work side-by-side with our owners and managers in all departments helping to fulfill their recruiting needs. 

Most of the hires will be for in-house life insurance agents.  We have 60 now and want to expand to 100.  With us, it's easy to recruit in-house life agents because we offer a high base salary plan and a bonus plan to our agents.  They start at $800 per week and their target earnings are $75,000 per year.  You'll also be recruiting technical and IT personnel as needed.

• 4 Year College Degree
  
• Min. 5 years of inside, corporate recruiting experience
  
• Must be outgoing, friendly, perky and have ability to multi-task (no grumps on premises here)
  
• No conviction history, no bad debt history and no open court dates
  
• Must be ready, willing and able to work 45-50 hours per week onsite at Life Quotes, Inc. as employee or contract recruiter
